Payvment, a Facebook e-commerce platform, has launched a new mobile shopping experience optimized to support Twitter’s new design.
Shoppers can now click on a tweet in their stream to learn more about a featured product and immediately purchase it – or click “want” to add the product to their Wish List on their Payvment profile, making it easy to shop and share on the go.

With thousands of product tweets being generated from Payvment storefronts every day, Twitter has become a primary vehicle for Payvment sellers to promote their products and for shoppers to discover and share them, says the company.
Since 43 percent of people access Twitter from their mobile devices, optimizing the discovery and purchase experience for the new Twitter mobile environment was a key priority for Payvment’s product team, according to Payvment.

“Social commerce is all about driving product discovery, so it’s essential for shoppers to be able to stay close to the products, sellers and brands they care about through all their social touch points, including mobile,” said Christian Taylor, CEO and co-founder of Payvment.
“We’ve made it faster and simpler for shoppers to find, purchase and share products while they’re surfing their Twitter stream on mobile, which we know will dramatically grow the reach and engagement for our sellers and their products.”
Payvment, Inc., a venture-backed startup, made this announcement Wednesday, Dec. 14.
