Stream57, a provider of webcasting and streaming media communications, has launched StreamLine 3.0, a new version of its software suite. This update to the interactive Flash-based platform has new user interface features, presentation delivery upgrades, and content support capabilities.
In addition to the core software suite updates, Stream57 has released a new e-Symposia virtual meeting platform, fusing StreamLine’s webcasting application with a fully-immersive, interactive environment.
Designed to host a complete library of live and on-demand content in a central unified interface, the e-Symposia concept is claimed to be a cost-effective alternative to common live events “in an age of rapidly declining conference attendance and increasing travel and event costs.”
With features including custom user schedules, live presentation sessions, and on-demand content libraries, attendees are brought together in a unique, collaborative format – a new forum to engage viewers, says Stream57.
The new StreamLine 3.0 features include extended whiteboard tools, module navigator, do-it-yourself registration systems, and advanced slide support for dynamic presentations.
